The Problem

Harvest Christian Academy ("HCA" for the remainder of this study) came to us in 2015 with the aches and pains of an insecure cloud-based phone system.

Due to a lack of security on their Elastix-based system, their PBX would get hacked on a recurring basis, causing their phone lines to go down and their minute usage to skyrocket.

Luckily, HCA had all Yealink hardware, so a new hardware investment was not necessary.

Utilizing their existing Yealink handsets, we were able to easily port their numbers, set up all their IVR Menus and call routing strategies, and provide a much more secure phone system. Additionally, they enjoy features like voicemail-to-email and remote voicemail checking.
